Each lookup uses our DNC data partner and returns whether the number is on the registry (is_dnc). We do not expose separate federal, state, or DMA layer flags in the product today.
Yes. The Check API looks up one number at a time. Webhooks send a signed batch.completed event to your HTTPS URL when a list finishes — configure them under Settings → Webhooks. CRM list import into Texttorrent is a separate dashboard action.
Our DNC database is updated daily so new US FTC Do Not Call registrations are reflected in your scrubs. Successful lookups may still be cached briefly for performance; your Usage page shows when a result came from cache vs a fresh check.
