This policy explains what information DNCSweeper collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to dncsweeper.com and the services we provide.

DNCSweeper (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a service that helps outbound teams scrub contact lists against Do Not Call data, export results, and connect dialers or CRMs through our Check API and webhooks.
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you visit our site, create an account, upload lists, use the API, or contact us — and how that information is handled.
When you register or update your account, we collect information such as your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and any profile details you choose to provide. If you verify your email or reset your password, we also process the related verification tokens.
If you reach out through our contact form or email, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, subject, and message — so we can respond. Server logs may also record your IP address with the request.
When you use DNCSweeper, we automatically collect technical and operational data needed to run the product. This may include IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, batch job metadata, API request volume, and similar diagnostic information. We use this to operate the service, prevent abuse, measure usage against your plan, and improve reliability.
To perform DNC checks, you may upload files containing phone numbers or submit numbers through the Check API. We process those numbers to return DNC or clean results, generate exports, and show usage in your dashboard. Related metadata (for example, batch status, row counts, and timestamps) is stored so you can review and export results.

We do not use your uploaded phone numbers for unrelated marketing to those numbers, and we do not sell personal information.
We share information only when needed to operate the service or when required by law. Typical categories include:
Aggregate or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you may be used for analytics or product improvement.
Phone numbers you submit for scrubbing or API checks are processed for the purpose of returning DNC results and supporting your workflow (exports, dashboards, webhooks, and optional CRM import).
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise re-purpose those phone numbers for our own outbound marketing. Successful lookups may be cached briefly for performance; your usage views may indicate when a result came from cache versus a fresh check.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to submit phone numbers to DNCSweeper and to use the results in your calling or messaging programs.
Paid plans are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Card numbers and similar payment credentials are entered and stored with the payment provider — we do not keep full card numbers on DNCSweeper servers. We may receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status, plan, and invoices) needed to manage your account.
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, session security, and basic site functionality. We may also use first-party storage or analytics to understand how the product is used and to improve the experience.
If third-party analytics or advertising tools are enabled on the site, those providers may set their own cookies and collect information about your visit according to their policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect sign-in or other features.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond to issues promptly.
DNCSweeper is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Our site and product may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors, CRM platforms, or documentation hosted elsewhere). Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites or services we do not control.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Where appropriate, we may also provide additional notice (for example, by email or an in-product message). Continued use of DNCSweeper after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
